First, if you can tell me where that quote came from, please do. I had a friend that used to say it all the time and i have no idea where it came from.
Next, and i can't believe i forgot this. I was driving home last week and there was this old guy walking on the side of the road. I noticed that he was walking towards the bushes, and was looking around as if he were in the jungle hunting for "Charlie". Now im sitting at the stoplight watching this guy (and im sure im not the only one), the light turns green i turn and continue watching him in my side and rear view mirrors. He walks about 5 paces from the road unzips his pants and starts taking a piss right on the side of the road. Now you may be thinking, well thats no big deal it was probably a side road or some back woods town. Well you might think that but you would be wrong. It was on the corner or Parham and Hungry, a pretty big and busy intersection. Not only that but the Police depot. the county Courts buildings, AND the jail are all right on that road less that 100 yards from where Capt. Winky decided he make an appearence. I didn't find it gross or anything like that, actually i found it quite funny that he would have to go so badly that he would do this at a main intersection in the middle of rush hour, not 5 feet from the road and the jail that he could have been put in.
Moral of the story, (and so many others) keep it in your pants unless she asks, or shes sleeping.

I think thats probably where he got it from. He was also famous for miss-quoting movies aswell.
